Dear RICOH e-Sharing Box customers,

Currently, the Cloud Relay Service used for accessing the RICOH e-Sharing Box remotely is temporarily unstable, and some customers may have problems when using it.

Our engineers are working on the problem, and we will notify customers via our website when the problem has been resolved. If you encounter problems when using the Cloud Relay Service for the RICOH e-Sharing Box, please be patient until the service is completely restored.
