[Trouble] Part of the service is unavailable

Dear Application Site customers,

Thank you for using the Application Site.

Currently, if this service is used with the following products, apps installed via this service in the past may not be automatically updated.
In the device with this issue, "We have the latest information on the software update." continues to be displayed on the operation panel as shown in the figure below.

IM C300/IM C400/IM C400SR
IM C2000/IM C2001/IM C2500/IM C3000/IM C3500/IM C4500/IM C5500/IM C6000

In addition, the apps will be automatically updated by resetting the the Application Site settings in the following procedure.
1.Press "We have the latest information on the software update., and then click [Details].

2.Select the country or region where your device is located.
