[Information] Attention : Important Update for All Ricoh Unified Communication System Users

Ricoh wants to make all Ricoh Unified Communication System (UCS) users aware that we will modify the UCS system configuration on December 2, 2015.

In the event the IP address of the UCS is specified in the firewall, your IT support team need to change the setting of the IP address.
Please have your IT support team contact your local Ricoh Customer Service team.

We also want to inform you that the IP address of the UCS servers can change sometimes, so we recommend our customers use setting domain names or TCP 443 port mode.
By using domain names (instead of IP address), this will help you avoid problems with interconnection and the firewall when the IP address changes.
