[Contents of the update]
1. Survey function (*only for P3500 and Apps for Windows)
Objective
- In order to increase customer satisfaction, Ricoh will measure and analyze the customer experience during video conference.
Overview
- "Satisfaction survey" window appears on the screen after the end of video conference
- This survey appears every 29 days.
- This survey is default and not able to be disabled.
- After 1 minute, this message disappears automatically.
2. Activity status report (for all devices and apps)
Objectives
-In order to speed up troubleshooting flow, Ricoh collects activity status report (log information) automatically.
-You do not have to collet the log information by yourselves.
-Ricoh service section can check the log information remotely.
Overview
-"Activity status report" (the log information) will be sent to Ricoh automatically, if you changes its setting "on".
Notes
-The default setting of the function is "off".
-You can choose enabled/disabled on the setting page. Enabling the function is recommended.
