[Maintenance] Notification of System Maintenance

We appreciate your continued usage of our products and services.

Maintenance is scheduled on the following date to improve performance and reliability.
The service will not be available during the maintenance work.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, and ask for your understanding in this matter.

All RICOH Unified Communication System services.

[Conditions during the maintenance]
-UCS service is not available in all products during the maintenance.
-Conferencing call will be disconnected automatically and it will be available after the maintenance.

[Action required (for some customers)]
During the maintenance, IP addresses of the central servers will be changed.
For those customers who restrict outbound firewall traffic by specifying UCS server IP addresses, the firewall configuration must be changed.
Please contact your local service organization to obtain more details about change information of the IP addresses.

We also would like to inform you that the IP addresses of the UCS servers can be changed sometimes.
If you have to restrict server addresses, we recommend to use domain names or to use TCP 443 port mode.
By using domain names (instead of IP address), this will help you to avoid problems with interconnection on the firewall when the IP address changes.
